Why and how to re-enroll a user?

There are situations where a user suffers a significant change in their typingDNA pattern ( for example injury ). This will cause the user to not be able to authenticate.

In this situation it is recommended that the user is re-enrolled, after the identity has been confirmed using the failover method. 

Before beginning the re-enrollment process of a user, the user typingDNA patterns must be deleted by using the /delete endpoint.
